This one story facility includes 4 bay (8 vehicles) fire apparatus room and 2 bay (4 vehicles) ambulance room, and other related facilities totaling 9,800 sq. ft. The building structure is steel-framed with metal panels on rear and side. Roof is standing seam metal. Exterior front is faced with brick and Exterior Insulation Finish System. (EIFS).
