Services: GMK Architects and HGK Construction Management is providing complete Architectural/Engineering Design, Facility Programming, Mater Planning and Construction Management Services for the new church location.
Project Overview: The total Master Plan will encompass approximately 49,000 sq. ft. building space and will be built over the next 5-7 years.
Phase 1- construction of 33,500 sq. ft. building, housing a 640 seat Worship Center, administration offices, classrooms and a youth fellowship room.
Future Phases-will include a gym/multi-purpose you and fellowship area, children's wing, nurseries, adult classroom wing, bookstore, expansion of the Worship Center to 1,050 seats, multi-media wing and choir/music room.
