Services: George Mills, AIA, was Project Design manager for the A/E team and Steve Guenther, AIA, was Project Design Architect for another firm. GMKA provided extensive Construction Administration Services during the construction phase as part of their IDC/IDQ contract with Whiteman AFB.
Project Overview: New 20,000 sq. ft. building with separate dining, lounge rooms, game rooms and parking for each group. Administration offices, large banquet hall for 350 patrons that divides into 4 separate dining rooms. Commercial kitchen with large serving area.
